Cloth Diapers: We have many clients that use our Bottom Balm with cloth diapers. It has been tested by a cloth diaper service and it washes out in small amounts. Any barrier cream with oils and beeswax has the potential to build up on cloth diapers, so we do recommend a liner to be safe. If you do get build up stripping your diapers usually helps.
